Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Evertide Capital ("we", "us") handles information collected through evertidecapital.com (the "Site"). We collect as little as we need and use it only to respond to you and to keep the Site secure.

Information we collect

• Information you submit. When you use our inquiry or deal-submission forms or email us, we receive what you provide, such as your name, email, phone number, company and details about a business or transaction.
• Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider processes your IP address, browser type and request details to deliver the Site. We use IP addresses briefly to limit abusive form submissions.
• Bot protection. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which evaluates browser and device signals to distinguish people from automated traffic. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.

We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies, and we do not set cookies of our own.

How we use information

• To respond to your inquiry and evaluate potential transactions
• To communicate with you about a potential transaction you have raised with us
• To protect the Site and our forms against spam, fraud and abuse
• To comply with legal obligations

How information is shared

We do not sell or rent personal information. Form submissions are delivered to us by email through Amazon Web Services, and the Site is hosted by Cloudflare. These providers process information on our behalf. If a transaction progresses, we may share relevant information with professional advisers, lenders or co-investors who are bound by confidentiality, and only with your knowledge where confidential information is involved. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Confidentiality

Please do not submit confidential business information through the Site. We request confidential materials only after a non-disclosure agreement is in place.

Retention

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to evaluate and pursue potential transactions and to meet legal obligations, and then delete it.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us not to contact you further, by emailing team@evertidecapital.com. We will respond in line with applicable law.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children.

Changes

We may update this notice from time to time. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
